How to reserve:
Once you have chosen your villa we will send you the booking forms with full information and the details needed for making your provisional reservation. The property will remain on hold for you for 3 days after which the provisional booking must be confirmed. To confirm your reservation you must return the signed booking forms together with proof of payment.

Payment terms:
30% deposit at time of booking
70% balance due 50 days prior arrival
100% at time of booking if arrival date is within 50 days.

Wire transfer
personal Cheque (UK only)
Uk Switch, Visa & Solo Debit cards (Free of charge)

Cancellation:
- up to 50 days of arrival date - forfeit of deposit
- 50-40 calendar days prior to arrival date - 50% of total cost
- 39-30 calendar days prior to arrival date - 75% of total cost
- 29-20 calendar days prior to arrival date - 85% of total cost
- 19 calendar days or less prior to arrival date -100% of total cost
